Enrollment Description
Campus Engagement Safety Officer (CESO)
The Oklahoma SRO Program with Black Flag I.M.P.A.C.T.™ Certification is designed for CLEET-certified officers seeking to serve as School Resource Officers through Black Flag Security and earn designation as a Campus Engagement Safety Officer (CESO).
This program includes all required Oklahoma SRO training plus additional instruction in engagement-based campus safety, mentorship, trauma-informed practices, and proactive prevention strategies. Participants are trained to operate as integrated members of the school community while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
