Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations within 72 hours or no‑shows are non‑refundable. Students may request to transfer into a future class one time at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Terms of Enrollment:
- Students must arrive on time and complete all required hours.
- Students must bring a valid driver’s license or state ID.
- For firearms courses, students must bring required equipment and comply with all safety rules.
- BFSSI may remove any student for unsafe behavior or policy violations.
- Completion of training does not guarantee CLEET approval.
